Never forget
what matters.

Tell Clearday what's on your mind, And we'll figure out if it is — a reminder, a calender event, or just a note — and when it is the best time to be reminded.

The Clearday Engine

Three systems working together on every single thing you say — so it gets captured, timed, and placed on your day correctly the first time.

Capture & Structuring

Say it once, in whatever form it comes out

Clearday listens for what something actually is, not just how it was phrased. A task, an appointment, and a passing thought said in the same breath get separated automatically — no folders, no categories, nothing to sort yourself.

Every capture runs through the same pipeline in a single pass: intent detection, category classification, and timing resolution — whether you say one thing or five things at once. Relational phrases like "before" or "while" get resolved against whatever’s already on your calendar, so nothing needs a category or a time typed in by hand.

Reminders

Deadlines that nudge you ahead of time, not the moment they land

Tell Clearday something is due by midnight and it works backward from there — surfacing a nudge with real time to act, instead of an alert the second it is already too late. It checks back afterward, too, to confirm it actually got done.

Clearday weighs how much lead time a task realistically needs, not just its deadline — a report due at midnight might get a nudge at 6pm, while a five-minute errand gets one twenty minutes out. Once the deadline passes, it checks back once to confirm the task actually got done, so nothing quietly falls through.

Calendar & Context

One calendar that actually understands what is on it

Clearday reads for real-world context — tying an errand to the reservation it belongs to, flagging two commitments that land at the same time, and keeping every event, reminder, and note in one clear picture of your day.

Every reminder, event, and note lives on the same timeline, so Clearday can catch what a plain calendar can’t — an errand that depends on another errand, two commitments landing at the same hour, or a task that only makes sense once something else on your day is finished.

How Clearday Works

Say Anything That's on Your Mind And Get A Well Structured Day Out.

Whether you're firing off a quick reminder or dumping your whole afternoon in one breath, Clearday breaks it down the same way — captured, understood, and timed against the rest of your day.

The Clearday Platform

One system handling the entire lifecycle of everything you say — capture, timing, structuring, and the plain-language brief that brings it all back to you.

How It Parses

See What Happens When You Speak

Say something loosely, in real time, and watch it get classified, timed, and structured — no form, no fields, nothing to fill in yourself.

Every capture is broken down in a single pass: what it is, what it depends on, and when it actually needs to happen. Relational phrases resolve against your existing calendar and reminders automatically, and a deadline always gets a nudge with real time to act attached to it — not just the deadline itself.

Ask Your Day

Talk To Your Day Like A Person

Ask what’s still outstanding, what’s coming up, or what tomorrow looks like, and get a plain-language answer back — the same voice your daily brief speaks in.

Ask me anything about your day.

The same engine behind your morning and evening brief is available any time you have a question — outstanding reminders, today’s remaining events, conflicts on the horizon, or a quick look at tomorrow, all answered in natural language instead of a dashboard you have to go dig through.

Early Impressions

What it feels like once Clearday knows your day.

Notes from people testing Clearday early — on what changed once capture, timing, and the daily brief stopped being something they had to manage themselves.

I stopped rewriting the same three reminders every morning. I just say what’s on my mind and it ends up in the right place, at the right time, on its own.
